Can I get COA and MSDS for the Aozeal Standards procured?

Can I get product with potency/assay data?
Yes, potency or assay data—determined by methods such as TGA, qNMR, or mass balance (as-is content)—are available upon request.
What is the retest period of your products? How long does it take to retest the sample?
Most of Aozeal’s products are stable, with a standard retest period of 3 years. We offer re-test for batches that have less than one year remaining until the retest date and are still the current supply lot. Please allow approximately one week for the re-test process.
What would be shelf life of product at the time of purchase?
Aozeal guarantees that products have at least 2.5 years of shelf life at the time of shipment. Please refer to the Re-test date in the COA for the specific expiration date.
Are Aozeal Standards analyse as per pharmacopeial method?
Aozeal standards are typically analyzed using in-house methodologies. Upon request, we can employ EP/USP methods for specific analyses, such as water content, inorganic impurities, or residual solvents. A separate quotation will be provided for these specific analytical requirements.
Are methods used on Aozeal Certificates of Analysis (COA) validated?
No. Aozeal COA is generated using internal methods for purity and characterization. These methods are not validated unless method validation was specifically included in the quotation.
What documents Aozeal provides along with standards?
Aozeal Standards are certified reference materials synthesized in-house. Each order is accompanied by a COA with Mass, HPLC/GC/ELSD purity, ¹H NMR, and IR data by default.
Additional analyse- TGA, 13C NMR, 2D-NMR, water content, or residue on ignition, etc...- are available upon request and subject to product-specific charges.
What is the recommended shipping and storage condition of the products?
All products are typically shipped at ambient temperature. If there is concern regarding short-term stability under these conditions, Aozeal will advise the customer to opt for lower-temperature transportation. For specific shipping and storage requirements of each product, please refer to the accompanying Certificate of Analysis (COA).
