How do I get update about status of my custom synthesis order?

Please contact info@aozeal.com or our sales team. We will update the synthesis status via email. The actual delivery time depends on the complexity of the synthesis project and the experimental results.

How can l get quotation for Aozeal Products?

There are 2 ways you can request quotation from us:

(1) Register online and submit your product request online from the Request for Quotation list;

(2) Send your product requirements, product details, and quantity to info@aozeal.com.

Do the prices quoted by Aozeal includes duties and clearance charges?

No. Aozeal’s prices do not include duties/taxes and clearance charges that may be incurred by your country's customs.

How do I order products from Aozeal?

After receiving the quotation from Aozeal, please send a formal Purchase Order. Aozeal will then issue a proforma invoice for prepayment. Shipment will be arranged after payment receipt is confirmed.
